A service hub for plants that need practical engineering help.

Many U.S. facilities run a mix of local plant standards and imported European equipment. A production line may be Rockwell-centered, while an individual machine uses Siemens TIA Portal, a CODESYS-based controller, WAGO I/O, Profinet, OPC UA or documentation prepared in a European engineering style. When problems appear, the challenge is rarely one single software package. It is usually the connection between PLC logic, field devices, HMI behavior, industrial networks, electrical drawings, backups and production constraints.

The service structure below is built for that reality. It separates urgent troubleshooting from planned migration work, data integration from OT readiness, and documentation work from commissioning support. A project can start with a narrow issue, such as a failed Profinet device or unclear HMI alarm, and grow only if the technical review shows a larger risk. The goal is to keep the scope clear, avoid unnecessary platform changes and give maintenance teams notes they can actually use.

OT/ICS Readiness

This is automation-based readiness work, not an exaggerated cybersecurity claim. The focus is practical: asset inventory, backup review, recovery notes, segmentation review, secure remote access concepts and commissioning security checklists for PLC/SCADA and IT/OT environments.

Which service should I choose?

Start with the symptom, not the software name.

If the machine will not start, choose PLC troubleshooting or commissioning. If the issue is mainly a Siemens project, choose Siemens TIA support. If the controller is CODESYS-based or WAGO-related, choose CODESYS support. If an imported European machine has to fit into a U.S. plant, choose European machinery support. If the task is modernization, choose PLC migration and retrofit. If data must move from PLC to IT systems, choose IT/OT integration. If the plant needs practical backup, remote access and segmentation review, choose OT/ICS readiness. If drawings and cabinet records are the weak point, choose EPLAN documentation support.

The first inquiry does not need to be perfect. Send the machine type, location, PLC/HMI platform, current issue, available backups, urgency and whether remote or onsite support is expected. The initial response can then confirm the best service path and what information is needed next.

Next step

Send the technical context before the problem grows.

Use the project inquiry form to describe the machine, PLC platform, current fault or modernization goal. If the situation is unclear, send the best information you have and the first review can define the next action.
